While checking my FB I saw a post from Lazada about their Avent sale, I decided to browse their website and ended up buying some stuffs.
I choose to pay on cash during the delivery after two days my package is already here and take note shipping is free.
I bought potty seat for Php 250.00, Avent 11oz bottle for Php 450.00, Avent Natural Teat for Php 300.00
After two days when I discovered that the Avent bottle is not functioning well, I called their customer service and instructed me to return the bottle in any LBC or 2go together with the return form, After two days I received an email and text from Lazada that they will refund my money.
I decided to buy another set of Avent bottle it’s a Twin pack of 90z, I used my refund as a payment after two days I received the new bottle.
Overall experience I had a great deal with the Lazada team and I will definitely order more items with them 🙂
